Below you will find all the information you need to know about what to expect when you check in at The Warehouse Apartments, what you need to do before arriving, and the process if you decide to arrive outside of The Warehouse Apartments’ Team hours (09:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday).
BOOKING YOUR ARRIVAL
Please let us know what day and time you expect to arrive if you have not yet done so. This is important so we can be prepared for your arrival as we have limited check-in slots throughout the day.
Do let us know if you have any access requirements that we need to be aware of on the day.
ARRIVING ON THE SATURDAY DURING CHECK-IN WEEKEND ONLY (09:00-17:00)
When you arrive please make your way to the reception and a member of our team will check you in.
If you arrive and our team are away from their desk, you can call the mobile number on the office door.
ARRIVING AFTER CHECK-IN WEEKEND – DURING OFFICE HOURS (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00)

ARRIVING AFTER CHECK-IN WEEKEND – OUTSIDE OF OFICE HOURS (Mon-Fri, 17:00-09:00 and Sat-Sun at any time)
When you arrive please ring the mobile number on the front door of the building. This will ring through to our After Hours Team who will contact the Student Warden who is on duty. They will come down and meet you, check you in, and hand over the keys.
On the next working day, please make your way to our reception to meet with the site team so that they can provide you with a fire drill update and provide further information on the building, etc.
