Bed frame bent. Reported a month ago.
Shower has been prepped for a reseal but a reseal hasn’t been completed. Please can this job be completed as someone is due to move in.
Waste pipe under sink leaking and window won’t close
The fire arm for the door is hanging off so it needs to be put back on so the door can close.
Cockroaches
Bed is broken. Heater doesn’t work. I moved in last night and have to sleep in cold. Can you please get these things sorted. Thanks

Please paint anti-climb paint on the car park gates on all bars top to bottom.
(Paint is being delivered on Friday 27th)
Heater not fixing is very loose.
New hob and oven to be put in by Iain as per RAG chart.
The stove in the kitchen is not working properly since I’ve arrived, it takes a long time to heat up and the heat is very low. I have complained about this a week or two ago and it hasn’t been resolved. Please can this be fixed as soon as possible.
The window doesn’t close properly, a breeze comes through when windy and moves my curtains and also doesn’t block outside sound out very well
