the cold water tap in the kitchen is very hard to close/tighten. As in it’s impossible to do without wrapping a dry cloth around it for better grip, even then it’s hard to do.
It was a problem before that we reported, and it got fixed back then, but now it became a problem again and even worse than before. It’s hard to tighten the tap to fully close it, so the water drips often.
My heating is not working. Making my room very cold especially at night. Room B10.1

I have reported few weeks back that the tile is about to fall off in my shower room. It has fell down completely today . Kindly fix it as soon as possible. You can fix it even if Iam not in the room
the little switch for the heater isn’t working and whenever it does that heater goes off after 5 minutes
Eventho we switch on the radiator it doesn’t work

I have been facing the shower issue since the starting. Water coming from the shower is uneven as once i start showering its extreme hot for 2 second and extreme cold for 2 seconds. Never constant. Please Help
