Recipe of the Month in February – Sweet Chilli Chicken!

– 500g Pack of Breaded Chicken Goujons
– 350g Sweet Chilli Sauce
– 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
– 4 Spring Onions
– 500g Basmati Rice (Microwavable)


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 220°C, spread the chicken goujons on a baking tray, and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 2: Once cooked, cut each goujon in half and toss with the sweet chilli sauce, sesame seeds, and most of the spring onions.
Step 3: Once coated, return to the oven for a few minutes until the sauce is lightly bubbling.
Step 4: Meanwhile, cook the rice as per the instructions on the pack.
Step 5: Serve across two plates, finishing the dish with a sprinkling of the remaining spring onion.
