This page outlines the terms and conditions for our booking incentives, valid for tenancies for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Warehouse Student residents who currently reside at The Warehouse Apartments between 20.04.23 – 31.08.23 are eligible to enter our £250 Amazon voucher prize draw, subject to these terms and conditions being met in full.
A promotional offer of one entry into our random prize draw is available to direct re-bookings only, made from 20th April 2023 to 31st August 2023. This offer is not eligible on any bookings made by a third party, and not Warehouse Students Ltd.
Customers will only qualify for the eligible discount once their 2023/24 booking status has been moved to complete and the cancellation period has passed. For a booking status to move to complete, the customer’s tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms.
Any amendments made to the booking after the offer ends will invalidate this promotional offer, including cancellations.
Warehouse Students reserve the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.
Once the customer has rebooked their tenancy, and the cooling-off period is complete, the customer is liable to the cancellation policy as laid out in the standard cancellation terms and conditions.
Any discounts, incentives, offers, vouchers, and raffles are non-transferable.

A promotional offer of one entry into our random prize draw is available to all Warehouse Student residents (the referrer) who refer a friend (the referee) between 20th April 2023 to 31st August 2023. This offer is not eligible for any bookings made by a third party, and not Warehouse Students Ltd.
The referrer will only qualify for the eligible discount once their 2023/24 booking status has been moved to complete and the cancellation period has passed, and once the referee’s 2023/24 booking status has been moved to complete and the cancellation period has passed. Warehouse Student customers who make a group booking of at least four tenancy agreements will, as the lead booker of the party, will be eligible to spin the prize wheel – subject to these conditions being met in full.
A promotional offer of one entry into our spin the wheel is available to the lead booker of all group bookings of four or more tenancies at Warehouse Students Ltd between 20th April 2023 to 31st August 2023. This offer is not eligible for any bookings made by a third party, and not Warehouse Students Ltd.
The lead booking can spin the wheel at the point of booking but will only qualify for the prize once their 2023/24 booking status has been moved to complete and the cancellation period has passed. For a booking status to move to complete, the customer’s tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms.
Once all conditions have been met, the random prize selected can be claimed by the lead booker to Warehouse Students Ltd.
